Media Handling Improvements
Key Highlights:
Added automatic AI-Generated Alt Text for all images for further improvements to search engine visibility and accessibility. Alt text descriptions can also be edited from the dashboard.
Introduced Image Placeholders to accelerate page load times, further improving the browsing experience for car shoppers .
Images are now optimized based on the visitors’ screen size, to further increase loading speeds
Introduced an Enhanced Media Library Picker - allowing dealers to re-use previously uploaded photos, edit meta data, and more.
Rich Text Editor Improvements
Key Highlights
Greatly improved performance of all rich text fields across the dealership dashboard. Writing long form content should feel much more pleasant.
Added support for inline images across all rich text inputs
Fixed several bugs, including:
inconsistent behavior of the pop up page builder text editor
being occasionally unable to add hyperlinks in text body
incorrect list and numbered list styling
Bug fixes and other improvements
Reduced JS Bundle: Reduced the JS bundle by approximately 30%, resulting in significantly improved web vital scores and overall performance.
Updated Page Builder Rows: Page builder rows with images now utilize a set aspect ratio to minimize layout shift.
Inventory Segments Filter: Inventory segments can now be filtered by year, odometer, and price for easier navigation.
Improved Image Carousels: All image carousels now use native scroll functionality, enhancing performance and responsiveness.
Additional Features: Added TradeIn1 page builder row and support for mobile image variants for Hero2.
